Kathryn & Richard // Couples

Kathryn and Richard have such a sweet relationship that is a joy to witness. They balance each other so well. Their love for each other is evident in the gentle way in which they interact. Kathryn always wanted fall photos, so they let me spend and evening of their time taking their photos. Unfortunately, there weren't too many colored leaves, but it was a beautiful fall evening and we were blessed with a beautiful sunset.

The sunset was absolutely beautiful and the light was so soft. 

Conrad & Tori // Couples

Conrad and I grew up together, and although we have both moved away from our hometown and are both now married, we ended up living only 30 minutes away from each other. It has been a lot of fun to hang out with him in a new setting and season of life. It has been especially great getting to know Tori, and as I am now married as well, going on double dates with them. I was thrilled to do a photo shoot of them in downtown The Plains, VA. Their easygoing and fun personalities made for a fun afternoon. 

Conrad and Tori wanted photos done at Happy Creek Coffee & Tea, which also doubles as a bike shop. You never know what kind of unique places you will find in the little towns that dot Northern Virginia.
